NB.

 The Russian version of the National Biodiversity Conservation Strategy and Action Plan is the original version which was submitted to the Uzbekistan Government and which received approvel. The Russian version is therefore the only version to which Decree 139 is applicable. The English version is  a translation of that document and may as a result contain minor differences of content or  meaning.
